Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to make returns quick and fair.

1. Eligibility — What Can Be Returned

Returnable:

  • Unused, unopened physical products in original packaging within 7 days.
  • Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage (photo evidence required).

Non-returnable (examples):

  • Opened or consumed items.

2. How to Request a Return or Report a Defect

  1. Email info@jansons.com.pk with: order number, product name/SKU, reason, and photos for damaged/defective items.
  2. We will respond within 24–72 business hours. Do not ship returns before receiving return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided in instructions. Keep tracking number until issue is resolved.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), Jansons will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

For buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we specify otherwise.

4. Inspections, Refunds & Timing

When we receive the return, we inspect the item. If it meets return conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: allow 7–14 business days from the day we receive the return for the refund to appear on your statement (bank/processor times vary).

If an item is not in original condition or damaged by buyer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact support immediately. If already shipped, follow the returns process.

6. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact support immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you. We may request the defective item be returned for inspection.
