Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jansons. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.jansons.com.pk (the "Site") and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

1. General

Jansons operates the Site selling organic and natural food products made in Parachinar, Pakistan. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; we will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and shall not violate any applicable laws.

2. Definitions

• "Jansons", "we", "us", "our" — Jansons Foods.
• "Site" — www.jansons.com.pk.
• "Products" — items listed on the Site.
• "Buyer", "you", "your" — the person placing an order.
• "Order" — a purchase request submitted through the Site.
• "Parties" — Jansons and the Buyer collectively.

3. Product Information & Availability

Product descriptions and images are for illustration. Actual product may differ marginally. Weights and quantities are approximate. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and offer a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. We strive to ensure prices are correct but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgment email. This is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/promotion.

6. Payment

Payment is due at checkout via the available payment methods displayed on the Site. We use third-party payment processors. By providing payment details you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. We cannot change the address once the order is in transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our current Returns & Refunds Policy is available on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. We may update the Returns Policy from time to time.

9. User Accounts

You may need to register an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jansons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jansons harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Parachinar, Kurram, KPK, Pakistan.
